Dear Padmaja: I am really shocked to hear about the passing away of Mohan. He was my best childhood friend. When we were kids, we would meet everyday in the evening to play cricket or our own version of tennis. In summer we enjoyed playing cards and carom during day time. After getting your message, I was remembering those good old days when we had a lot of fun together. He was extremely bright and smart and I learnt a lot from him. After I moved to Madras to attend University and he went to IIT we lost touch. Both of us were avid collectors of cricket pictures and he had a great collection of old photos that he proudly showed to all of us. When I met you at Computronics, I had the opportunity to talk about the fun days Mohan and I had together. I contacted him at the email address you send me (about 2 years ago) to reconnect with him but did not get any answer. I really wanted to meet him again to relive our boyhood memories - but it was not to be. My thoughts and prayers are with you and his family. Please convey my condolences to all the family members. We could not meet again here but I am sure we will meet and play together in another life. Ghanshyam
